Jim and Emma Hunt were presented with the Fitzpatrick Award at the recent AGM.
Chairwoman Helen Turnell said: “Emma has been the driving force behind transforming our seat fee management over the past three years. Her dedication ensures that the costs of all the events we enter perfectly align with the 150 members who race. Her meticulous work ethic and passion for our club are truly commendable. Jim works tirelessly, often behind the scenes, taking care of all the big DIY jobs around the club. His quiet dedication and hard work don’t go unnoticed and we’re beyond grateful for his valuable contributions.”
The Hunts’ daughter, Annie, is in the junior 17 squad . The award was first presented by the Fitzpatrick family in 1989, HRC's 150th anniversary year, to recognise members who contribute towards the wellbeing of the club.
