Rowing is one of Britain’s most successful Olympic sports, and the only GB sport to have won gold at every Olympiad since 1984.
Founded in 1839 in Henley on Thames, the spiritual home of rowing, we are one of Britain’s oldest rowing clubs and proud to be the starting point of many successful years of rowing for our athletes. The team building characteristics and hard-working ethos which we develop, has enabled many of our junior athletes to go on to have successful careers as well as significant rowing achievements, representing their universities and GB at the highest levels.
Whatever level your team works at in your organisation we can provide a fruitful and relevant experience using rowing as a means to focus on your performance as a unit involving:
Rowing with experienced oarsmen/women who also come from the corporate world and understand the challenges and constraints
Experiencing the impact of rowing together and operating as one unit rather than a group of separate individuals
Receiving pre and post feedback and be involved in focused discussion drawing parallels between the experience together on the water and those back in the work place.
We can offer a unique rowing and team building experience close to the famous Henley Royal Regatta course.
We can accommodate groups from 6 to 28 people and with our experienced team we are able to design your event to suit your needs.
Our Corporate Rowing Event Season runs from mid April to mid October.

SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES
We offer three levels of sponsorship: Bronze, Silver and Gold. In addition, we create bespoke packages for individuals or corporations that would like to explore different options.
Each ‘package’ runs for one season (ending in August) and is designed to encourage individuals, families, local businesses and members’ workplaces to financially support the club in return for name/brand visibility across the 350+ membership and at flagship events such as Henley Royal Regatta.
