HENLEY ROYAL REGATTA
Car Parking: We provide Regatta Parking that is a short walk to the Stewards Enclosure to help the club raise much needed funds. Parking will be available from Tuesday 2nd July to Sunday 7th July 2024 inclusive. Payment can be made on the day on arrival by card (preferred) or cash. Parking spaces are available for reservation in advance, please contact hrr@henleyrowing.club to make a reservation and obtain advanced payment details.
The 2024 parking price will be £20 per day or part of day if paid in advance or if paid on the day, £20 for Tuesday & Wednesday and £25 for Thursday to Sunday. Cars are parked at the owner’s risk.

Mooring: We have space for two or three boats along our pontoons during HRR. Enquires to hrr@henleyrowing.club
Camping: We have space for around 20 tents on our waterside lawn. Campers have access to our toilet and shower facilities.

VISITING CREWS
The club welcomes visiting crews from other clubs by prior arrangement.

At Henley Rowing Club we offer an ideal rowing camp base close to the regatta course with excellent indoor training and changing facilities. We get booked up early so it is important that you confirm arrangements prior to your visit.

We charge a per rower fee for use of facilities and will meet with you by arrangement to offer an introduction to the club and provide a safety briefing.

VENUE HIRE
We can offer use of our riverside location and club facilities , indoor or outdoor with catering options. Why not have a personalised branding/bespoke event or use our riverside club as hospitality venue, linked to existing Henley events/festivals (Regatta, Literary, Food, Music Festivals)?

Facilities include: parking for up to 50 cars kitchen, refreshments/full catering or self catering options, mooring, riverside lawn, function room with riverside balcony, indoor gym, optional links to other prestigious locations in Henley (River/Rowing Museum, Temple Island, Town Hall).
