Juniors at Reading Amateur Sunday 11th June
The Henley Junior squad had a great day at the windy Reading Amateur regatta on Sunday 11th June. The squad again were awarded the Radley Cup by the Mayor of Reading as the most successful club in the mini regatta held during the lunch and tea breaks during the day. The J14 boys won with Cameron Seager winning the single sculls in the final against another Henley sculler Aiden Drennan, The double of Jack Rait and Ben Acton then won their division comfortably against LVS Ascot .The following final saw the Girls J13 Double with Ella Mckay and Zara Lake beat City of Oxford by three lengths and then to top it all the Girls J13 quad of Mia Roullier,Josie Sawbridge,Charlotte Beardsmore and Natalie Schoenmakers with cox Daisey Rolstone beat the quad from Surbiton High School by two lengths making the final races of the mini regatta a clean sweep.
