In response to the Government’s social distancing measures, on 20th March 2020 British Rowing advised clubs on to cease all club-based activity and not reopen until further notice. The club is therefore closed. This includes access to the boating area, boat houses, clubhouse, gyms and changing rooms. No member or visitors are permitted on the Club premises without permission from the Trustees. The Trustees are managing the premises and site as necessary during this time.
The closure means that we have cancelled the current Learn to Row course and all visiting crews booked to the end of the season. We will review whether summer rowing camps are possible depending on when the current restrictions are lifted.
