In the B divsion, the WJ14 coxed quad of Emma Gray, Maya Andrews, Phoebe Fletcher, Amelia Crick and Emeline Warner as cox won a silver medal close behind the gold medal winners of old adversaries, Oxford-based Headington School.

Henley Juniors also competed at Dorney Lake on Saturday at trials to represent Thames Upper region at the Junior Inter-regional Regatta in April.

The boys J14 sculler Tom Crook took first position and was eligible for selection. His double with Henry Peters also qualified and so the boys will go to Nottingham to represent the region as a double.
